Who operates the site

The site is operated by Leonico Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (No. SC255241). See the privacy statement for addresses and how to contact us.

What the site is (and is not)

NudeBeaches.es is an informational, family-friendly guide to naturist beaches and related travel in Spain. It is not a booking agent, travel agency, tour operator or accommodation vendor. A stays directory may appear on the site while it is still in draft review. Even when stays pages are public, they remain a guide. You book with the business concerned, not with us.

We do not sell tickets, take deposits, or confirm availability.

Accuracy of beach and travel information

Beach conditions, access, facilities, nudity rules and resort status change. Municipal bylaws, signs and local custom also change. We take care, but we do not promise that any page is complete or current on the day you travel. You must check locally before you rely on a note about nudity, safety, opening or access.

Naturism on this site means non-sexual, family-friendly nude recreation. We do not list escorts or adult-services businesses.

Your use of the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not misuse the contact form or any report feature: no spam, no threats, and no content that is illegal or sexually exploitative. Do not try to interfere with the site or other people’s use of it.

Third-party links and sponsors

Pages may link to other websites, including official sources, map tiles, and businesses mentioned in the guide. A sponsors page may invite or list third-party businesses. We are not responsible for those sites or for any booking or purchase you make with them. Affiliate or sponsor links, if they appear, do not change the fact that you deal with the third party, not with us.

Site text and our own images belong to Leonico Ltd or our licensors. See the copyright page before you copy material.

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as general information only. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Leonico Ltd is not liable for loss or damage that comes from using or relying on the site, including travel decisions, beach conditions, or third-party services. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, or any liability that UK law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. The Scottish courts have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights you have in your country of residence.
