Cala Codolá

Cala Codolá is an isolated gravel and rock cove of about 50 by 5 metres on the south-east of Formentera. The Guía de Playas notes leisure boats anchoring nearby and low occupation. Multiple secondary guides state that the old cliff path has collapsed and is dangerous, so practical access is by sea. There may be little more than a fisherman's shed at the shore.

There is no parking, no disabled access and no facilities. Moderate waves are typical of the exposure. Naturism is listed and fits the remote character, but this is not a casual family outing and not a place to improvise with poor footwear on crumbling cliffs.

Only attempt the cove with appropriate seamanship or a trusted local boat operator. If you cannot arrange a safe sea approach, choose another Migjorn access such as Es Arenals or Caló d'Es Morts (on foot with care) instead of forcing a land route that guides already flag as unsafe.
