Caló d’en Trull
Caló d'en Trull is a small rocky cove on the west coast just north of Cala Saona. The Guía de Playas lists about 40 by 6 metres of rock and gravel with difficult access and low occupation. Fishermen's huts and a rough coastal walk from the Saona car park are the usual approach; some visitors arrive by boat. Reddish sand and rock shelves appear in trip notes, in keeping with this side of the island's coloured earth.
There are no beach services. Wear sturdy shoes, carry water, and avoid the cove in awkward swell. Snorkelling can be rewarding when the sea is calm because of clear water and Posidonia nearby. Do not treat unmarked cliff shortcuts as paths.
Naturism is recorded in the Guía de Playas, and the tricky access keeps numbers down, so clothing-optional use is unsurprising here. It is not a family paddle beach in the Saona sense. If you want sand, sunbeds and shallow water, stay at Cala Saona; use Trull when you specifically want rock, quiet and a short scramble.
