Els Arenals
Els Arenals (Es Arenals) is one of the busiest sandy sectors of Migjorn on the south coast. Official tourism points to fine pale sand, dunes, and shallow turquoise water where you can wade a long way out, which is why families like it. The Guía de Playas lists about 2,800 metres for this named beach. It is among the better-equipped parts of Migjorn in high season, with restaurants, beach bars, sunbed hire, kayaks and lifeguards mentioned on the Consell site.
Access is easy from the road toward La Mola, with free parking. A disabled access ramp is noted for the Es Arenals area in Balearic beach guides. Arrive early in July and August if you want space near the main entry.
Naturism is on the Guía de Playas record for the listing, but the main Arenals front is more textile and family-oriented than the emptier rocky coves further along Migjorn. If you want a clothing-optional swim, walk away from the densest sunbed rows toward quieter neighbouring pockets, or choose a less serviced Migjorn access.
Sunsets over the south coast are a local favourite. Bring reef-safe habits around the Posidonia and use the bins provided behind the dune line.
