Nudist Beach in Cudillero

Cudillero Area

Cudillero is the cliff-hung fishing concejo on the western Asturian coast, where the Cantabrian Sea meets Atlantic woodland. Official municipal tourism puts the shore at 38 kilometres of cliffs, green fields and beaches: some with full family services, others reached only on foot. The same official coast page names Playa de Oleiros among those quieter strands, and it explains the two daily tides, pleamar and bajamar, which uncover hidden sands at low water and can cut off cliff paths when the sea returns. Children and adults alike will enjoy the amphitheatre harbour of the village, the viewpoints and a slower day on a coast that is cooler and greener than the southern Costas. Watch the tide table before you walk a remote beach.

There is 1 nudist beach in Cudillero, Oleiros, an isolated gravel cove in the Paisaje Protegido de la Costa Occidental. The imported Guía de Playas sheet records about 640 metres by 35 metres, partial naturist use, strong swell, difficult access on foot from the N-632, and the rocky points of Mal Perro and La Cavona at either end. Official Cudillero tourism presents Oleiros as one of the pedestrian coves of that 38-kilometre shore and does not, on the page used here, add a statutory nudist line. Wear proper shoes, carry water, and do not rely on lifeguards. The main village sands remain a family and fishing-harbour front.
