Donostia/San Sebastián is the capital of Gipuzkoa, a harbour city on a scalloped Bay of Biscay bay between Igeldo and Ulia. Official Basque tourism describes three principal city sands: La Concha and Ondarreta on the sheltered west, and Zurriola in Gros, linked by a long maritime promenade that reaches the Comb of the Wind sculptures by Eduardo Chillida. The city is a family and food destination as well as a surf town. Visitors arrive through San Sebastián Airport at Hondarribia, by the A-8, or on rail into the centre. Official Euskadi places the tourist office on Boulevard. La Concha and Ondarreta are not children on this site.
There are 3 nudist beaches in Donostia/San Sebastián on this tree. La Zurriola is the urban Gros surf beach, about 800 metres of golden sand. Official Basque Coast tourism names Zurriola among the community's naturist places, and Guía de Playas records partial nudism on an otherwise busy, high-occupancy city front. Treat that as a mixed custom on part of the sand, not as a fenced enclosure, and read the people around you. Agiti sits on the Igeldo-Orio road, an isolated pebble cove that Guía marks as partial and of strict coastal protection. Murgita is the Ulia-side cove, likewise isolated, inside the Ulia Natura 2000 site. Official brochure copy groups the Ulia and Igeldo shores with the city's naturist tradition. Wear shoes on the cliff paths, and do not treat the whole Concha promenade as a naturist strip.
