El Prat de Llobregat sits on the Llobregat delta immediately south-west of Barcelona. It is the municipality of Barcelona-El Prat Airport and a town in its own right: a compact centre, market gardening, and a wide Mediterranean beach that faces the protected lagoons of La Ricarda and El Remolar. Official Costa Barcelona copy notes that many visitors know the name only from the airport, then discover a delta landscape of dunes, birds and long sand. The town is well connected by metro, bus and bicycle, and the beach is planned around walking and public transport rather than a seafront car park.
There is 1 nudist beach in El Prat on this site, Platja Naturista. The town hall's tourism page for 2026 places the naturist stretch on Platja del Remolar at access 1, and notes that there is no lifeguard service on that zone. The naturist sand now lies between boardwalk 1 and the military boardwalk, about 420 metres of fine sand, after coastal change made the older Ricarda site too narrow. Follow the numbered boardwalks, stay off the protected dune and lagoon areas, and enjoy a quieter, nature-edge shore only a short hop from the airport.
