Adeje is the western south-coast municipality of Tenerife, from a historic inland town under the Barranco del Infierno to the hotel strip of Costa Adeje and La Caleta. Official island tourism treats this shore as the island's main winter resort: calm water, family hotels, and a promenade that runs toward Los Cristianos. Tenerife South Airport in neighbouring Granadilla is the usual arrival. Children and adults alike will enjoy the town sands, the water parks and a cooler walk up the ravine. La Caleta keeps a smaller fishing-harbour mood at the western end of the same municipal coast.
There is 1 nudist beach in Adeje, Diego Hernández. The town hall lists Playa Diego Hernández as a protected site (Sitio de Interés Científico La Caleta) with access on foot. The Guía records about 200 metres of isolated sand and lists nudism as practised. It is not the sunbed front of Costa Adeje. Expect a coastal walk, no on-site services on the municipal sheet, and a very different mood from Fañabé. Wear shoes and take water.
