Arona is the south Tenerife municipality that holds Los Cristianos, the ferry port for La Gomera and La Palma, and a long suburban coast toward Las Américas. Official tourism treats Los Cristianos as a family harbour town: a working dock, a pale town beach, and easy buses to the south airport. Inland Arona village sits higher, with views over the tourist strip. Children and adults alike will enjoy the harbour, the boat trips and the everyday promenade.
There are 3 nudist beaches in Arona. The Guía lists nudism as practised on all three. This site keeps two separate El Callao records, El Callao and El Callao, one semi-urban and one urban in the inventory, both boulder and gravel shores of about 400 metres. Los Enojados is a shorter semi-urban sand. Los Cristianos' main town beach is not a child here and stays the family front. Do not treat the whole harbour as a naturist strip.
