Los Realejos occupies the western side of the Orotava valley, from highland hamlets down to a cliff coast west of Puerto de la Cruz. Official island tourism treats this municipality as part of the green north: bananas, lookouts and a more local sea than Costa Adeje. The TF-5 and the old coastal road serve it from the north airport. Children and adults alike will enjoy the valley views and a quieter town centre than the neighbouring resort.
There are 2 nudist beaches in Los Realejos. The Guía lists nudism as practised at both, as isolated sand and boulder shores in a protected landscape, with difficult foot access. Castro is about 200 metres; Playa Gordejuela is about 300 metres. These are walk-in cliff beaches, not the everyday El Socorro surf sand, which does not have its own page here. Wear shoes and take water.
